Sahaja Yoga is an experience, not just a theory. That's why we think that the best way to start this blog is by offering you a meditation through which you can start experiencing this wonderful spiritual state of peace and joy.  Just let it flow. Don't make any effort, nor any exercise, just follow the meditation and allow your spirit to manifest and fill you completely.
